Why this role exists

Start with the customer’s warehouse problem.

WAREHOUSE123 is being built around one goal: when a business needs something for its warehouse, it should know where to turn.

That means going beyond a product list. We want to understand how customers store, move, handle and protect goods, then connect them with practical solutions across racking, shelving, material handling, warehouse equipment and related operational needs.

We are looking for someone prepared to speak with customers, attend sites, work through incomplete RFQs, ask good questions and take responsibility for moving an enquiry towards a workable solution.

How the work moves forward

The role connects customer discovery, site understanding, coordination and follow-through.

Clarify

Understand what the customer wants to achieve, what information is missing and what should happen next.

Visit

Join site visits, take measurements, document observations and identify operational constraints.

Shape

Review loads, dimensions, equipment, aisles, workflow and site conditions before recommending a direction.

Follow through

Coordinate quotation inputs, product options, supplier information and every unanswered next step.

Learn by seeing the real operation.

Customer visits help turn measurements, layout, handling needs and daily workflow into a more practical solution direction.

Who will do well here

A perfect warehouse job title is not required. Responsibility, learning ability and practical judgement matter more.

Ownership

You keep track of commitments and follow through without repeated chasing.

Curiosity

You are willing to learn products, technical details and warehouse operations that are initially unfamiliar.

Clear communication

You ask questions when information is incomplete and communicate respectfully in spoken and written English.

Practical organisation

You can manage several enquiries, follow-ups and open items while staying comfortable with measurements and digital tools.
